Romano: Chelsea set to reach agreement for Pep Chavarria signing, €19m fee plus add-ons

According to renowned journalist Romano, Chelsea are finalizing the details of Pep Chavarria's transfer and an official announcement is expected once the deal is completed. Chelsea had previously submitted a new offer, and an agreement with Rayo Vallecano is also close to being reached. A fixed transfer fee of €19 million plus add-on clauses is being finalized, after which the transfer can be approved.
