Valencia officially confirmed that Diakhaby has suffered a left adductor longus injury and is expected to be sidelined for at least one month.

After examinations over the past few days, Diakhaby was confirmed to have suffered a left adductor longus injury, which occurred during the match against Barcelona at Mestalla Stadium. Diakhaby will receive medical treatment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation training at the Sports City, and will return to full team training once his clinical condition improves.

Time Out

Valencia have not announced a specific recovery timeline, but Diakhaby's recovery process is expected to take at least one month. He will miss Carlos Corberan's next three key matches, against Sevilla, Alaves and Real Sociedad, before the international break arrives.
