Konate: I would vote for Mbappe in the Ballon d'Or, this is the result I want to see

In an interview with Canal+, Konate said that he would vote for Mbappe in the Ballon d'Or selection.
Konate made his Champions League debut with Real Madrid. The Frenchman started the match and witnessed Real Madrid secure a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu. After the game, the defender spoke with Canal+ and discussed the Ballon d'Or and Mbappe.
"We did not talk about the Ballon d'Or at all. We just briefly discussed interviews from different players (after the post-match press conference, editor's note)," the former Liverpool player said the day after Mbappe spoke about the topic. "Of course I would vote for him, and he is also my teammate at Real Madrid and the France national team. This is the result I want to see."
