Sneijder: Mourinho was right to leave immediately after winning the Champions League, I would have done the same

Inter's treble-winning star Wesley Sneijder spoke in an interview about Mourinho and Mourinho's decision to leave directly after Inter won the Champions League title in 2010.
Before Inter's match against Real Madrid, Sneijder told Sky Sports: “Mourinho is also that special person for me. Coaching in the way he does is not easy. He is a manager, and only he could put Real Madrid's affairs in order.”
“May 22? I never saw him in the dressing room again afterwards. He left. Everyone later asked where he had gone, but we understood that he was already gone. Later I saw the photo of him with Materazzi, and then I realized he could no longer stay in the dressing room. He was extremely emotional. What he did was right, and perhaps I would have done the same thing if it had been me.”
