Italian media: Inter to wear shirts without sponsor against Real Madrid due to Spanish law

Inter will face Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in their first Champions League match of the season. Because Spanish law prohibits the promotion of betting and gambling companies in sports, Inter's shirts will not display their main sponsor Betsson Sport.

This is not the first time Inter have worn shirts without sponsors in European competitions. In the squad that eventually lost to Manchester City in the Champions League final, Inter wore completely sponsor-free shirts in several matches. At that time, Inter's partnership with DigitalBits ended due to a series of payment issues. However, in Istanbul, Lautaro and his teammates had Paramount+ printed on their shirts, as this was a short-term partnership that only covered the final league matches and the Champions League final.
