Spalletti has publicly expressed his support for Muani. Although the French forward has still not scored a goal so far, the Juventus coach clearly stated that he will continue to trust Muani.
After Juventus drew with AC Milan, Spalletti spoke about Muani and said: "Since I chose him to be the center forward, I will always stand by him until the end of the season."
The intention behind Spalletti's statement was clear: to help Muani reduce pressure. After Juventus' away match against Frosinone in the first round of the season, he had already publicly stressed that Muani needed to score as soon as possible.
