According to TMW, Højlund updated his social media after Inter Milan came from behind to beat Napoli 3-2, expressing his disappointment.
The Napoli forward scored his team's second goal at San Siro and posted a photo of himself holding his head with both hands. He wrote: “This should have been a different photo with a different caption. Things didn’t go as planned, and I’m devastated.”
The match had been developing in Napoli’s favor, with Højlund’s goal helping the team take a 2-0 lead. However, Inter Milan then mounted a comeback and eventually won 3-2.
