Potter responds to fan comment, calling former club 'dysfunctional'

Former Chelsea and West Ham manager Graham Potter called an unnamed former club 'dysfunctional' in the comment section of an Instagram post.
The current Sweden national team head coach had unsuccessful spells in charge of Chelsea and West Ham and is currently rebuilding his managerial career.
Potter posted a photo of himself doing Pilates on Instagram yesterday and mentioned the matter while replying to a fan.
The English coach spent three years managing Brighton, and in 2022 led the Seagulls to their highest-ever top-flight league finish in club history, which helped boost his reputation.
After moving to Chelsea, he lost 11 of his 31 matches in charge and was dismissed less than eight months later.
