Sept. 10 - Commentator Jason Timpf said on his program that he is skeptical about whether Bam Adebayo can eventually develop into the type of shooting player that Giannis Antetokounmpo needs.
Timpf believes that Adebayo has increased his number of outside shot attempts, but his shooting percentage has not been ideal.
Timpf said: "Adebayo's recent shooting performance is interesting. He has taken a large number of shots, but he has not made them. If he continues to work and sees results, he may start making those shots; otherwise, the situation may only continue to improve slowly. What concerns me is that Adebayo's touch is not his strength. He is not particularly effective in touch-based shots such as layups, hooks, and floaters. I doubt whether he can develop into the kind of shooter that Giannis needs."
