Hawk: Larsson will become a key Heat role player and form a strong duo with Giannis - NBA News

Sept. 9 News: Heat reporter Brady Hawk reported that he believes Pelle Larsson and Giannis Antetokounmpo will become one of the Miami Heat's best combinations next season. Hawk said Larsson will take on more ball-handling duties in the new season and receive more opportunities through his off-ball movement and cutting ability.

Hawk said: “People will quickly learn the name Pelle Larsson, and he will become a player frequently discussed. Considering his role this season, I think he will be somewhat similar to Jaime Jaquez Jr.'s role with the Heat last year. He will be heavily involved in ball-handling.”

Larsson is known for his excellent cutting ability and off-ball movement. I think one of the Heat's best combinations will be Giannis Antetokounmpo and Pelle Larsson. Whenever Giannis draws defensive attention, Larsson will cut to the basket and get many opportunities.”
