Sept. 4 - According to HoopsRumors, the Hornets announced today that they have signed guard Jerrellk Jonah and waived guard Kyle Mangas, continuing to adjust their 21-man offseason roster.
Jonah is 6 feet 1 inch tall. He played college basketball at North Carolina State University and entered the 2023 NBA Draft but went undrafted. He previously signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hawks and played in the G League.
The Hornets have recently continued making roster moves by using the final spot on their offseason roster for adjustments, having previously signed and waived multiple players. Mangas previously signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hornets and is expected to join the team's G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm.
