If the Clippers decline, it could be an excellent opportunity for the Suns.
If the Clippers begin a selling phase, the Phoenix Suns could have another chance to pursue a trade for Darius Garland and fill the traditional point guard role the team has been searching for.
If Garland were to play alongside Devin Booker and Dillon Brooks, he could help create a new offensive system for the Suns.
PHNX Suns reporter Stephen Pridgeon Garner said: “He is an outstanding point guard. Because of his scoring ability and flashy style of play, many people overlook his ability as a point guard... Scoring is certainly valuable, but he really is an extremely excellent floor general.”
